The rubber mallet from Brüder Mannesmann with an approx. 700 g head weight is made of white natural rubber. White is no coincidence, as light rubber leaves no abrasion marks.

Material and Features

A black rubber head discolors light surfaces, which is undesirable for tiles, laminate, and painted components. White natural rubber avoids this. The fiberglass handle is more break-resistant than wood and dampens recoil, so the impact energy reaches the workpiece instead of the hand.

Area of Application

Ideal for tilers, floor layers, furniture assembly, and DIY enthusiasts when laying tiles, laminate, and paving, as well as when aligning components. Wherever a steel hammer would cause damage, the rubber mallet is the right choice. Occasionally check the rubber head for cracks, as a damaged head can break off during striking.
